Couple of Reasons for this advice: - with the free-falling prices for even mint TTs these days(not just limited to TTs, since every car is experiencing the same depreciation), it's going to be cheaper to just buy a TT that's within your budget. - It's not just the engine that you've got to be clued-in about, you need to have a broader perspective of the z32's component parts - since many of them need to be tinkered with, modified in order to successfully execute a NA to TT. - if your not doing a unique TT conversion, like a 2+2 or slicktop, then just buy a TT coupe.....and be like everyone else :)
